Conditions for return:

Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unworn, with tags/packaging intact).

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Buyers are responsible for any loss in value if the item isn't returned in original condition.

Exceptions:

Custom or personalized orders, and digital downloads are generally not returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective

Pictures and videos simply do not do opal any justice. The play of color is significantly better viewed in person, so I can promise that what you receive will look way better than my photography can capture. :)

Never leave any opal stored directly in water

Any and all natural solid opals require a long term storage treatment. We strongly suggest wrapping each opal in a soft, non abrasive cloth or cotton, sprinkle wet with a water/alcohol solution (around 20 percent of alcohol and 80 percent purified water - to prevent spoiling or molding over time). Check every few months, if the cloth or cotton becomes too dry simply add more moisture. Leaving even most stable natural solid opals without any protection may cause some undesired changes in color or will cause some internal cracks/crazing. There is no such thing as a perfectly stable opal regardless of what other dealers may tell you. It is in nature of each opal (crystal opals, fire opals require maximum care).

I do my best to ensure that my photos are as true to color as possible. However, due to photographic lighting sources, inconsistencies of various monitors settings, I cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product. Furthermore, every individual may see these colors differently.
